SUPPORT FOR WORKERS
We offer free guidance and information to help those at the foot of the career ladder, who cannot afford legal advice and want to understand their rights when they have been treated unlawfully and unfairly.
We have experience of Employment Tribunals, Grievances, Disciplinary Procedures, ACAS Conciliation and negotiation of settlement agreements.
There is no charge for our support, and we are happy to help anyone who is a genuine victim of unlawful treatment in the work place.
For the lawyer as well as the soldier, there is an equally imperative command. That duty is to shelter from injustice the innocent, to protect the weak from oppression, and when necessity demands, to rally to the defense of those being wronged.

WHAT WE DON'T DO
We do not offer advice or make recommendations at The SJW Agency. We provide information and guidance in order to help people to make their own decisions. We are therefore not liable for any loss that is incurred as a result of those decisions.
If we choose to represent you or assist with any Employment Tribunal or ACAS Cases, we are also not liable for any loss that is incurred as a result of representing or assisting. We do not charge for any guidance or assistance, at any point in the process.
If in any doubt, it is incumbent upon the recipient of our guidance and information, to seek legal advice, from a third party, that is legally qualified.
